Maple sugar is made with only one ingredient, pure maple syrup, that has been boiled down and then stirred into fine granules of sugar. Maple sugar can be used in baking as a natural substitute for brown sugar, or is great as a natural sweetener in yogurt, on ice cream, or in tea, coffee, or smoothies.

This is made with pure NH maple syrup and has no additives or preservatives.



The maple syrup used for this product was made in a traditional, family-run sugar house in Pittsfield, New Hampshire. We use a wood-fired evaporator which, in our opinion, makes our syrup taste better!
